RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

CG Recruitment are currently experiencing significant growth and to ensure we can meet demand; we are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your previous recruitment experience to a role that will focus on finding the right candidate for the role. You will work alongside an experienced team of recruitment consultants and management team while helping to manage the recruitment opportunities within our organisation. The role would be suited to a motivated self-started who is proactive and able to work autonomously while providing excellent customer service.

More about the role:

  • Candidate Sourcing & onboarding
  • Employee Background and immigration checks
  • Managing compliance
  • Account management – onsite check ins and follow up
  • Assisting with the planning, developing & implementing an effective candidate marketing strategy while working with the marketing department to optimise outcomes.
  • Client/ candidate management.
  • Following RCSA code of conduct guidelines in relation to vacancy management.
  • Relationship development to efficiently and effectively meet the needs & expectations of our clients and candidates.
  • Oncall phones on a rotating roster

To be considered for the role:

  • Previous recruitment experience (blue and white collar) with a proven track record would be advantageous but not essential
  • You must be self-motivated with a passion/drive for success
  • A people person with excellent communication & ability to converse on all levels
  • Exceptional customer service & relentless follow up
  • MUST have full working rights in Australia
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
