INDEX is seeking an experienced Digital Content Producer. INDEX has partnered with a Public Sector customer based in NSW for the successful execution of website projects across multiple departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and contribute to website rebuilds and content migrations.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of digital projects, from requirements gathering to UX, design, development, and delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in website CMS platforms such as Squiz Matrix, Sitecore, or Drupal.
- Conduct website functionality testing and ensure adherence to government accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Provide clear communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with government accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) in all digital projects.
- Conduct usability and accessibility testing, incorporating user-centered design principles.
- Possess additional technical skills, such as proficiency in Google Analytics and SharePoint.
- Leverage technical expertise to enhance project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- 5 to 7 years of experience managing digital projects, including requirements analysis, UX, design, development, and delivery.
- Expertise in website CMS platforms (Squiz Matrix, Sitecore, or Drupal).
- Familiarity with government accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Additional technical skills in Google Analytics and SharePoint are highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- While not essential, previous experience working within a government context is highly desirable.

**Other Requirements**:

- Australia PR or Citizens only
- Sydney or Parramatta Based
- Open to Working in a Hybrid Setting - at least 2 days a week in the office.
