The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) is looking for two Specialist Support Liaison Officer's (1 x ongoing role and 1 x temporary role up to 12 months) to join our team in our Sydney Office.

**About Us**

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW.

This role sits more specifically in our CTP Assist team, who deliver customer service excellence to the people of NSW within the Compulsory Third Party (CTP) scheme.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide advice and support for people identified as having high support needs or sensitive claims as they progress through the CTP Scheme.
- Make outbound calls to people injured in a motor vehicle accident in NSW.
- Answer inbound calls.

**About you**:

- Experience in a customer service role or within a similar setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of the CTP scheme is advantageous but not essential.
