Steelmaking coal is an essential ingredient in blast-furnace steel manufacture, producing steel used for critical building and infrastructure around the world. In Australia, we operate five steelmaking coal mines in Queensland’s Bowen Basin, and have additional joint venture interests in steelmaking coal and manganese, as well as copper exploration projects underway in Northwest Queensland and Western Australia.

**Job Description**:

- We have an opportunity for an experienced HR System Support Specialist in our Brisbane Corporate Office. This is a unique opportunity to operate in a global role that reports into the Systems Support Superintendent in Brazil.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining, coordination and optimising the usage of all HR systems i.e., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors & Smart Recruiters.

The rendering of system support is a pivotal aspect of this role and consists of resolving of system incidents and bugs - fixes, change requests / system enhancements, compiling business system requirements, System Quality Assurance testing, first line support to End Users, participating in system related projects and end user access / authorisation role requests.

This role will see you provide timely frontline support to users by analysing and resolving queries and issues related to HR systems and the HR landscape whilst ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide frontline support to user queries through the ServiceNow case management tool
- Manage incidents and bug fixes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements
- Manage standard change requests in HR systems in accordance with Service Level Agreements
- Complete user acceptance testing of new requirements, standard requests, or incidents
- Create and manage business requirements and enhancements to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and other HR systems
- Contribute to implementation of new systems or other tools/technologies
- Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor’s degree. A degree in Information Systems, Informatics or Computer Science would be preferred.
- Advanced SAP HCM skills
- Advanced use of SuccessFactors - Employee Central & LMS systems
- Experience maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of agile project management.
