**Position Overview**:
The Product Manager Connections plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of Intium’s products and services across our strategic pillar of Network Connections. This position focuses on identifying and capitalising on Connections business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and managing the product lifecycle to ensure alignment with market needs and strategic objectives.
With a strong emphasis on high-voltage electrical infrastructure, including utility-scale solar, wind, storage, and transmission assets, this role demands advanced project management, commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to refine product offerings.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and market demands.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance product performance and scalability to achieve Intium’s financial outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field, **or **Equivalent demonstrated capability through experience and relevant qualifications.
**Experience | Skills**
- Proven experience in business development and product management within high-voltage connections infrastructure markets.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, market dynamics, and product/service advancements.
- Demonstrated capability in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in market research and analysis, including trends, competitive landscapes, and customer expectations.
- Experience crafting and executing tailored sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and launch new products and services.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively pitch, explain, and sell ideas to stakeholders, customers, and industry groups.
- Advanced data analysis skills for strategic decision-making.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for conflict resolution, relationship building, and deal-making.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to envision and execute business strategies aligned with emerging technology trends.
- Passion for innovation and the ability to incorporate emerging technologies into product offerings in infrastructure-heavy industries.
