**What we offer**

At Mindshare, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year. **Connections Planning**

The connections planning team at Mindshare bridges the gap between our strategy and investment teams. Our role is to turn insightful strategies into actionable media plans that deliver Good Growth for our clients. Connections planners think big picture, collaborating with multiple teams, stakeholders and agencies to ensure campaigns are fully integrated.

Our ambition is to deliver market leading campaigns that balance proven media channels with innovative and disruptive solutions to accelerate growth. Connections planners work with closely with client partners and clients to ensure solutions are measurable back to both business and communications objectives.

We are looking for a Connections Planning Manager to work across Foxtel. Foxtel Group is a leading sports and entertainment business, housing popular brands such as Kayo, BINGE, Foxtel and most recently Hubbl. A fantastic client to work with. We are encouraged to produce innovative, strategic and out of the box media campaigns that showcase Foxtel Group’s sports and entertainment content.

**Responsibilities**
- Build strong relationships with media lead clients.
- Develop future fit, market leading campaigns for your brands.
- Responsible for delivering planning response to brief:

- Interrogate briefs, understanding both business and communications objectives.
- Working with the strategy team to create actionable comms tasks.
- Use client and/or platform data to uncover insights to inform planning.
- Application of relevant marketing science and media planning principles.
- Addressing comms task with the relevant roles of media and channel selection.
- Exploring the tactics within each channel that unlock the objectives.
- Ensuring all work is measurable back to brand and business outcomes.
- Work with the agency village to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and owned touchpoints.
- Engage with media partners to stay ahead of changes to the landscape and new capabilities of each media touchpoint.
