The
**Coordinator Enterprise Systems’** primary focus will be to manage a specialist support team that provides professional knowledge and support for the Enterprise Application Portfolio and to assist in the management of the full Vendor Management Lifecycle.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

- Manage and coordinate the operations of the Enterprise Application Support Team
- Support management and administration of the Enterprise Application Portfolio vendor management lifecycle
- Oversee all projects undertaken by the Enterprise Application Support Team
- Strengthen and maintain the customer and stakeholder relationship pertaining to the Enterprise Application Portfolio
- Set up, observe, measure, and report on work procedures and practices
- Work closely with, and give proficient advice to other personnel within the Information & Communications Technology Branch with a view to delivering a consistent level of service
- Assess and review the quality of work of consultants and contractors engaged in the technical support of organisational systems.

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

- Degree qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems or a related field with extensive relevant experience
- Possession of a recognised project management certification (PRINCE 2 or PMBoK); or a willingness to obtain within 6 months of commencement (at own cost).
- Possession of current version Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification; or a willingness to obtain within 6 months of commencement (at own cost).
- Demonstrated aptitude for launching and carrying out expansive projects, formulating strategies and procedures to attain results within budgetary limits
- Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, developing, motivating, supervising, and sustaining a team to meet corporate work outcomes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to provide accurate timely advice, including negotiating matters.
