**About the role**

Our team is seeking an experienced Procurement Partner to initiate and coordinate the strategic sourcing of a range of Indirect goods and services at Optus

This role will ideally suit you if you have a strong background in delivering end-to-end strategic sourcing activities and outstanding commercial outcomes.

In this exciting role you will monitor global trends and research and develop new supply markets and sources as well as handling relationships internally and with partners/suppliers.

**About you**
- Confirmed experience in a procurement sourcing or category management capacity.
- Thorough understanding of vendor markets and commercial models, practices and accountabilities.
- Ability to communicate and manage relationships at a senior level with vendors, internal stakeholders, management, and peers.
- Experience in delivering end-to end Procurement activities and effective project management practices.
- Experienced in stakeholder management, and negotiation of complex contractual arrangements.
