**About Monash Doctors Workforce**

The Monash Doctors Workforce (MDW) is responsible for medical workforce planning and the recruitment of senior medical staff (SMS) and junior medical staff (JMS) across Monash Health. The MDW is also responsible for managing JMS rotations, providing employee service functions to JMS and SMS and for providing policy advice on all issues relating to the employment of medical staff at Monash Health.

**About the Program**

Monash Women's and Newborn Program encompasses maternity, gynaecology and newborn services across multiple sites. It is the largest maternity and newborn service in Victoria, caring for the highest risk pregnancies in the State, owing to our on-site Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Care Unit and surgical site for the Victorian Fetal Therapy Service. Monash Newborn is the largest provider of neonatal services in Victoria and has the only Level 6 NICU providing care to extremely preterm infants from birth as well as neonatal surgical care. Gynaecology provides a wide range of outpatient treating units, with general and sub-specialty gynaecology surgery. The Program will expand in 2023 to include services at Sandringham Hospital and Victoria’s first public IVF service.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced doctor keen to join the Obstetrics and Gynaecology team at Monash Health.
