**About the Role**
As a Product Manager for Insurance Premium Funding (IPF) in the Business Lending Product team, you’ll work closely with the Senior Manager of Asset Finance & Portfolio.

Your main focus will be managing the IPF product range and driving initiatives that boost asset balance growth while ensuring top-notch outcomes for customers and intermediaries.

You’ll also leverage your risk management skills to ensure everything aligns with industry codes and regulations. It’s a role where you’ll truly make a difference

Risk management will be a key part of your responsibilities, including handling incidents, conducting root cause analysis, designing and testing controls, and ensuring closure.

You’ll also produce and maintain correspondence for customers, intermediaries, and bankers related to the product range. Additionally, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as process improvements, system upgrades, and the Business Bank Transformation.
**About you** Work experience necessary**:

- Banking or financial services industry, preferably in asset finance
- Project management.
- Risk management.

You’ll be designing, building, testing, and implementing solutions that support growth and deliver positive customer outcomes. Working effectively with various stakeholders, even when priorities differ, is a key part of the role. Strong organisational and communication skills are necessary to engage with a broad audience.
