**The Role**
Are you motivated to use and develop your data or quantitative skills while improving outcomes for all Australians?
The work includes early childhood education and care through to the university sector, including using integrated data from other agencies. The Data Analyst works on the analysis and evaluation of educational measures, supports the administration of programs, develops and maintains code and models, uses economic, behavioural and educational frameworks to support policy development, and influences Ministers and other key decision-makers through reports and briefings.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 5 Data Analyst may include:
- support and execute the design and delivery of data analysis projects that provide exploratory, descriptive, and insights across early childhood, school, and higher education
- liaise and report findings to internal and external stakeholders, including preparing visualisations and written reports
- work both independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
