**Our Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our Business Development & Marketing (BDM) team. The BDM team is responsible for driving growth across the business, and this role is integral to that support. As the Marketing Communications Manager you will be responsible for designing and delivering communications and marketing strategies that support brand and revenue growth for the firm's priority market teams and key practices.

In this role, you will:

- manage the HG Brand and marketing strategy
- manage and optimise all marketing channels including website, social media and marketing automation tools and processes
- identify and implement thought leadership, communications and content campaigns to support firm growth
- manage the firm's communications and marketing calendar, including award submissions, media opportunities and major sponsorship activities
- manage the production of high-quality creative and branded assets
- work with the BD Managers to provide coaching and guidance to HG Authors on marketing and communications tactics to build their brand profile
- build and manage relationships with the media, work on proactive media coverage, media monitoring and managing publicity issues
- provide reporting on marketing communications effectiveness across the firm
- provide support for internal communications and messages.

**About you**
You will be a professional services marketing, communications and content specialist, ideally with experience in a professional services environment. You will have demonstrated experience working with senior leaders, and other stakeholders, including suppliers and media. You will have strong drafting, writing and editing skills, and be digitally savvy with using data to influence campaign decisions.
