Our client is a leading Property Developer who works on a variety of projects with an aim to deliver exceptional quality to their customers and continue to achieve substantial growth.

**Your new role**

As the Executive Assistant you would be working closely with and supporting the Chairman and the wider team. The role will be very varied, and no day will look the same. Your key responsibilities would include:

- Providing support for general ad hoc admin duties as they arrive
- High level diary and calendar management for both personal and business commitments - ensuring the Chairman is fully informed of all information required
- High level and complex travel arrangements across various locations for the Chairman and wider team
- Arrange meetings in person and virtually for all relevant stakeholders, including board members, ensuring they have all relevant information required and travel bookings as required
- Greeting guests, providing a hospitable service and ensuring meeting rooms are set up correcting
- Preparation and distribution of agendas and meeting minutes
- Manage internal and external stakeholders’ communication with the Chairman and board members
- Assist with events and function management
- Be responsible for invoicing, card purchases, monthly bank statements and reconciliation, tracking expenditure, and reporting
- General office management duties including running errands, arranging deliveries, office maintenance, reporting and improvement of all office policies and procedures.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Previous experience in a similar role will lead you to success, as will:

- Minimum of 5+ years of EA experience
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute and ability to transcribe from recorded dictations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with all key stakeholders of all levels of seniority
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment, achieving high performance goals and deadlines
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Be dynamic, flexible and have a can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and complete forecasted tasks
