- We are looking for an organised insurance Administration Assistant to be a vital contributor to our company's growth objectives. As an integral part of the Vic Broking division, you will provide exceptional office support while ensuring operational efficiency within our organization. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch administrative assistance, we invite you to embark on this exciting opportunity with us.
**What will you be doing?**
- Business Servicing:
- Process banking transactions and send Policy Documents
- Coordinate invoices for renewals, endorsements, and new business
- Send premium payment receipts as required
- Set up client cards for new business in Winbeat and OfficeTech
- Send 'closings' to Open market PI insurers as needed
- Prepare Risk Reports and generate proposal form reminders
- Coordinate Premium Funding Quotations and reconcile Funding Contracts
- Manage debtors and facilitate payment with the Accounts team
- Send annual reminders for Run-Off policies and maintain the Run-Off Policy master list
- Lodge general insurance claims and prepare quotes for Account Managers
- Manage Focus Exception Report and Sunrise Undisclosed Report
- Perform additional tasks as required
- Customer Service:
- Answer incoming reception calls and redirect enquiries to the appropriate representative
- Welcome visitors to the office and receive office deliveries
- Teamwork:
- Work effectively as a team member of Vic Branch Broking division
- Take on additional tasks as required
- Keep management and others informed appropriately about work status
- Respect the needs and contributions of others
- Education/Compliance:
- Undertake Professional Development activities as outlined in the training plan
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and industry requirements and codes
- Develop an adequate level of technical knowledge
- Quality:
- Adhere to company policies and processes
- Ensure tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail

**Qualifications and Experience**:
