They are seeking to appoint an Assistant Property Manager to join their fun, dedicated and talented team who love what they do.

- Up to $70k salary package, plus commissions

**The Position**
- In the role of Assistant Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Manage a small portfolio of 70 properties while supporting a Senior Property Manager
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Manage urgent repair and maintenance requests.
- Assist with ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.
- Minimise rental arrears.

**The Person**
- Previous experience in real estate whether that be in a Leasing or Property Officer role.
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- First-class communication and customer service
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- Good personal presentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A good teamwork ethic
