What are we looking for?

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Ringwood office for a positive, energetic and highly motivated person to join our Medical Law team. This is a full time role however flexible work arrangements will be considered.
- This role will have you responsible for providing support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Daily duties will include:
- File administration
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- Communicating with clients, medical practitioners and lawyers
- Generating & editing correspondence
- Compiling court documents

What will you bring?- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Outstanding communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A willingness to learn
- A diploma and/or experience in the legal field will be highly regarded but not essential.
