**Customer Experience and Digital Technology?**

The purpose of Customer Experience and Digital Technology is to design, build and maintain products, services and experiences that Australian's love and trust, while delivering a sustainable future for Australia Post. The key areas that Customer Experience and Digital Technology is responsible for include Customer Experience, Customer Services, Decipha, Identity and Financial Services, Digital Channels, Data Science, Data Commercialisation, Product Engineering and Platforms, as well as Technology.

**Position Purpose**:
To supervise and manage nominated client’s day to day operations and services. The clients can be one to many small or large. Manage the day to day operational teams in line with Deiphpa’s core values and policies to ensure a safe, productive and harmonious work environment. The services are broad and include Imaging, data capture, validation and mailroom operation. The main functions include: delivery of services ensuring contractual obligations and SLA’s are met or exceeded, planning, advising and consolidation of information for reporting, analysis and productivity improvements and provide technical expertise. In conjunction with the Sales team attend periodical client meetings, when required to ensure requirement are met and work on business improvement solutions and strategies.

**What will you be doing in the role?**
- In the absence of the State Operation Manager, fulfil the role, duties and responsibility of the State Manager position
- Establish and co-ordinate operational objectives and ensure KPI's and SLA's are met
- Manage staff
- Plan Resources requirements and rosters

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in productivity measurement.
- Demonstrated experience and improvement methodologies (6 Sigma) and implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Experience in information and document processing involving imaging, data capture validation and processing.
- Experience in managing multiple teams in operational environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain targets and deadlines.
- High level of initiative, motivation, adaptability, sound judgement and effectiveness under varying workloads and time pressures.
