About the Role
- Undertake regular data quality improvement activities and produce adhoc reports at the request of the Admin Manager, ED Director and Nurse Unit Manager of Emergency.
- Supervise administrative staff in line with quality human resource management practices including the Performance Appraisal and Development (PAD) process for ED Admin staff within the unit.
