**About the Role**

The Uber for Business Team is looking for a mid-market account executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a book of business across Australia and New Zealand to prospect into, manage, own through the full sales cycle and ultimately acquire. You will work with a cross-functional, high-performing team based in Sydney and play an essential role in building our Mid-Market (>250 employees) presence in ANZ.

**The Impact You'll Have**
- Drive revenue generation for Uber for Business through prospecting, qualifying and closing new businesses to exceed your quota
- Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM
- Execute on short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
- Have experience in selling across a full suite of products to multiple industries and stakeholders
- Prioritise key industries and use cases where you identify opportunity for Uber for Business acquisition
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers, and explain the Uber value proposition

**The Experience You'll Bring**
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with exposure to understanding the full sales lifecycle, with a preferred experience in solution-based or platform selling
- Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process
- Ability to problem solve, adapt, and learn quickly
