**The Role**:
Working closely with both Directors, you will be a pivotal ambassador of this real estate brand which represents excellence. Your main focus will be managing listings from a buyer management and administration perspective. Handling all buyer enquiry/feedback throughout the sales process:

- Manage sales campaigns from start to finish servicing buyers with the utmost professionalism.
- Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, deeply understanding their preferences and aspirations.
- Leading property tours that showcase the exceptional features of luxury/lifestyle listings.
- Collaborating seamlessly with the marketing team to create compelling property presentations and promotional materials.
- Staying astutely informed about market trends, local developments, and property values to provide clients with precise insights.

Key attributes:

- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate License.
- Profound interpersonal skills, enabling the building of authentic connections with high-profile clients.
- 1-2 years real estate experience is highly sought after
- Proficiency in negotiation strategies, backed by keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication prowess, both written and verbal.
- A genuine passion for the art of real estate
