We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team and ensure our clients receive exceptional service at every interaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone.

Assist clients with booking appointments, rescheduling, and providing detailed information about our beauty services.

Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional, timely manner, ensuring a positive resolution.

Process transactions, manage invoicing, and update customer records in our system.

Provide recommendations on products and services to enhance the client experience.

Work closely with the beauty team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and optimal customer satisfaction.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with booking or salon management software.

A professional, friendly, and well-presented demeanor.
