**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, residents, and prospective tenants in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure prompt resolution of resident issues.
- Handle rent payments and maintain financial records accurately.
- Collaborate with property management and trades people to ensure a well-maintained and safe living environment.
- Uphold a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting a sense of community among residents.
- Keep up-to-date with housing regulations and policies to provide accurate information to residents.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in reception, customer service, real estate or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse personalities and situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations is a plus.
- Demonstrated empathy and sensitivity towards the needs of residents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
