For many years the friendly staff at this multi franchise dealership has operated a network of award winning new and used vehicles dealerships, their brands include Holden, Isuzu, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Skoda, and Volkswagen.

They are now looking for expression of interest for a Warranty Clerk / Service Advisor

**The skills and experience you will bring to this role include**:

- Adequate knowledge of motor vehicle
- Excellent communication skills & telephone technique
- Good administration skills
- Excellent customer handling & driving skills
- Good typing & computer skills
- Clerical skills
- Current full driver’s license

**ADMIN**
- Process all warranty claims in OEM Claims system
- Check repair orders for correct information for audit requirements
- Claim schedule reconciliation
- Be responsible for all parts returns to OEM;’s on request for audit
- Very strong attention to detail is required, including the policing of technician write ups, clocking times, & parts tagging
- Must be vigilant, reliable, able to maximise claims
- Ensure the Dealership is kept audit proof

**SERVICE**
- Act as the conduit between customer and technician
- Answering customer enquiries from walk in customer & telephone enquiries
- Arranging suitable appointment times for customers vehicles to be service &/or repaired.
- Provide professional customer advise
- Total customer satisfaction with explanation of invoices & proper handover of vehicle
- Completion of necessary paperwork
- Reconciliation of debtors
