**About the role**

This role depends upon excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, data and organisation skills - all of which Time Out expects will develop and improve with time in the role. While this is not a primarily client-facing role, there will be events and interactions where you will be actively shooting social content and meeting with a range of clients and stakeholders and acting as a brand ambassador.

**Key Responsibilities**
- The executive will be the primary team member responsible for social media paid partnership campaigns, implementation, and reporting.
- Contribute to sales pitches and strategy in the early stages, as well as deliver results through set up and optimisation delivering the campaign.
- Campaign benchmarking across both commercial and editorial requirements, which will include producing projections across media schedules, internal documents and instruction manuals with a view to provide solid campaign KPIs focusing on reach, engagement and growth.
- Provide clients, the content and sales team with requested items such as account enquiries, mid campaign reports, editorial suggestions and post-campaign recommendations.
- Social media strategy and growth initiatives across organic social - being able to provide best practices, guidance and training support to all teams as well as socially led initiatives.
- Create engaging video content for the brand when required and support the editorial team with executing and managing social media video - be able to assist in content creation, captioning, etc.
- Working in partnership with Audience Development Manager to drive audience growth across the social platforms.
- Identify and engage with social media trends in a way that is relevant for the brand voice in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Lead social media-driven initiatives and projects and be creative in ideas for these.
- Curation of scheduling to best practices according to platform algorithm and aesthetic perspectives.
- Responsible for commercial engagement strategies which lead to commercial opportunities.
- Social media competition set-up, finalisation and reporting.
- Localising/auditing global social initiatives.
- Monthly social media reporting (organic content, video and paid)

**Skills & Experience**
- Facebook ads manager implementation and reporting (FB Blueprint a bonus).
- Proven ability to provide optioptimizations strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Social media content creation and production - ability to write social copy in brand voice and perform basic design (Canva).
- TikTok ads manager (or past experience with Snapchat).
- Competency with Excel.
- Reporting & analysis skills.
- Experience with scheduling tools (Echobox, Sked, Creator Studio desirable).
- Organic social strategy and experience across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
- Ability to identify and engage with social media trends in a way that is relevant for to brand voice.
- Up to date with online accessibility requirements and laws and best practices on social media.

**Bonus / Desirable**:

- Video editing ability or experience
- Social media experience for media or publishing companies.
