Employee Relations Specialist

This thriving national service-based organisation is known for its exceptional customer service and continuous growth. They require a highly dedicated and customer-centric individual to join their team as an Employee Relations Specialist to provide full ER support to their QLD business.
As the first point of contact for all ER enquiries, you will be responsible for providing support to employees and managers to ensure all cases are appropriately resolved or escalated. You will work alongside line managers and senior leaders to deliver hands-on support in employee relations, including conducting performance meetings, running investigations, and disciplinary meetings. Additionally, you will provide a solid toolkit for managers to effectively manage the process within their teams, including developing an effective performance flow chart.
