This is your opportunity to join a leading professional services boutique firm that provides expert advisory solutions to public and private sector clients across Australia.

The Team Assistant/Office Coordinator will support a team that consists of highly skilled professionals from a range of disciplines informing strategy and operations, performance analysis and optimisation, and organisational capability and leadership development.

This position works with a large number of stakeholders and requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer centric focus, a ‘hands-on’ approach and the ability to provide support in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Your responsibilities will vary but predominantly be focused on:

- Providing executive administrative support to multiple executives including calendar and diary management
- Executive correspondence, document preparation and reports
- Organising meetings, travel and events

**About You**
- Previous experience in an EA, PA, or Team Assistant or Office Coordinator position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to adjust plans and schedules when circumstances/priorities change
- Advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)

To be successful in this role you must have high attention to detail, organisational and time management skills, great initiative and superior problem-solving skills.
