**Region APC>Customer Project Execution
- APAC>Bid Management Onshore**
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with, and coordinate inputs from key competencies such as Transport, Crane and Installation, Engineering and Procurement
- Interact with Project Planners and Turbine Installation to develop programs
- Develop construction costing solutions during the bidding process, ensuring timely passage through the stages of the sales process
- Negotiation of construction annexures in turbine supply and EPC agreements
- Anticipate and describe risks associated with construction activities
- Act as a sparring partner to the sales team and other Bid Managers for operational and construction cost-related topics, to ensure high customer value creation
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business or a comparable degree.
- 5+ years of project management, bid/proposal management or sales management experience, ideally within wind energy, power plants, infrastructure, or the construction industry
- Experience with commercial negotiations
- Structured and flexible working methods, paired with a pronounced cost awareness
- Experience in delivering results in a complex organization selling large-scale projects

- Strategic capabilities with commercial understanding
- Good collaborator - willing to learn and develop, attain high integrity and credibility
- Interested in working across cultures and fostering a supportive team environment
- Willing to travel occasionally to wind farm sites across Australia and New Zealand
