MI Trade We currently has exciting positions available for experienced Customer service assistants to join our growing and amazing team. You will become a key component assisting customers / investors to provide quality and professional service and advise clients and customers and manage clients portfolio.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our customers and investors.This is a unique opportunity to bring your customer service skills to a challenging, yet rewarding role. Our clients satisfaction come first. And you’ll be an important part of that.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a high level of quality data entry and recordkeeping
- Provide clients with continuous notification and follow-ups
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients
- Demonstrate ability to produce quality work on a consistent basis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate ability to work through problems with service partners
- Review and check all clients documentations
- Assist and provide guidance to client and internal / external staff on specialized client / investors requests.
- Understand and embrace the company mission by providing the highest quality services for our customers
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Time Management: ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
