**Full Job Description**
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - 1-2 days per week**
This role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls
- General administrative duties
- Outgoing mail
- Arranging appointments
- Scheduling appointments
- Liaising with Manager
- Liaising with customers and Building new clients
- Assisting in scheduling staff and jobs
- Ordering products, stationery and supplies
- Outgoing and incoming deliveries
- Processing online leads and product sales quotes
- Xero entering
- General cleaning duties
- Assisting customers with enquires
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills, including wordpress, powerpoint, xero, access, word and excel
- Reliable, honest and dedicated to working towards the growth of the business
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well developed organisational skills with the ability to take ownership and follow through
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
