**Your New Role**:
As Office Administration Manager, you will be working as a member of a small team and be responsible for providing hands-on administrative and financial support to the Head of Property and the Operations team. The role will be busy and varied and will use your commercial acumen, administration, customer service, and organisational flair.

**Your Key Responsibilities will Include**:

- Maintaining accreditations and licences and utilising various software platforms
- Liaising with tenants in person and via correspondence around general queries and rent areas and building solid relationships
- Ensure rent reviews and other charges are kept up to date to ensure monthly invoices reflect the Tenancy Schedule
- Assisting the Head of Property with the preparation of reports for budgeting, P&L, capital works and operations
- Raising and managing Purchase orders, invoicing and general Excel work

**Your Skills and Attributes**:

- You will be a customer-oriented, people person with an excellent eye for detail and great with systems and processes.
- You will be target oriented and enjoy looking for operational improvements
- Customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Around 2-3 years of experience in administration with exposure to recurring deadline environments would be ideal
- Financial skillsets - book-keeping based or accrual accounting based would be ideal
- Strong administration skills (for document retention, protection, and version control)
