**Job Description**:
We are looking for a self-starter who is a natural leader, who can lead by example, handle escalations and has a strategic and professional approach.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to lead a fairly new inside sales team of 8-10 Client Managers, to set the culture and development for them and truly make this role your own. Your outstanding people and communication skills will make you a standout along with your data analysis skills.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in the implementation and achievement of annual internal sales budget across the team
- Implement and monitor a customer relationship framework
- Weekly coaching with individual team members
- Maintain contact with key customers
- Motivate and continue to develop staff
- Implement customer profitability model
- Undertake formal performance assessment of all sales personnel twice annually
- Establish a pipeline in Salesforce.
- Portfolio management
- Be across competitor activity
