We currently have an exciting opportunity for an **Associate, Contact Centre **to join our high-profile business in this key function. The role will be required to resolve customer (clients, advisers, beneficiaries, third parties and NAB/JBWere employees supporting customers) enquiries.

**What you will be doing**:

- Identify customer needs, providing first point resolution where possible or escalating when required.
- Maintaining records of all customer conversations on the CRM system
- Responding to ad-hoc customer queries

**What you will bring**:

- 2+ years’ work experience working with advisers and/or clients.
- Financial Services industry experience, with a background in a customer service environment
- An excellent telephone manner and exceptional listening skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult conversations
- RG146 qualifications (Diploma of Financial Planning/Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent) (desired)
- The ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible, innovative approach to problems
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to switch between multiple systems while helping customers
