We currently have an exciting opportunity for an
Associate, Contact Centre to join our high-profile business in this key function.

The role will be required to resolve customer (clients, advisers, beneficiaries, third parties and NAB/JBWere employees supporting customers) enquiries.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify customer needs, providing first point resolution where possible or escalating when required.
  • Maintaining records of all customer conversations on the CRM system
  • Responding to adhoc customer queries

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years' work experience working with advisers and/or clients.
  • Financial Services industry experience, with a background in a customer service environment
  • An excellent telephone manner and exceptional listening skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult conversations
  • RG146 qualifications (Diploma of Financial Planning/Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent) (desired)
  • The ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible, innovative approach to problems
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to switch between multiple systems while helping customers
