**The role**
As a result of continued success and growth, we are seeking a standout leader for our Private Banking team. As the Executive Manager for high-net-worth clients, you will drive growth of Commonwealth Private by acquiring new clients and implementing tailored strategies. You will collaborate with local Executive Managers and Acquisition Bankers to execute the national high net worth client strategy in respective geographies. Ideally Sydney-based, with Melbourne or Brisbane as alternative locations for the right fit.

**Specifically, you will**
- Lead the creation and Implementation of a nationwide growth strategy for high-net-worth client sector, emphasising new-to-bank business.
- Partner with our Banking leaders to introduce high net worth client specific opportunities to their teams.
- Ensure compliance to all bank policies, and procedures, as well as external regulatory and statutory standards and requirements.
- Build high performance culture, motivate, and coach matrix teams to achieve sales targets as defined in the Key Performance Indicators
- Establish and cultivate networks within the high-net-worth client sector.
- Create and nurture relationships with State Managers and Acquisition Executive Managers across the country.
- Enhance high net worth client specific processes, products, and credit enhancements.

**Success in this role will require.**
- Extensive finance experience within the high-net-worth client sector.
- Deep understanding of the high-net-worth client sector with a strong network of industry partners
- Strong strategic orientation complemented by negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven influencing abilities, a passion for coaching a highly skilled team towards exceptional client focus, risk assessment, and credit expertise.
- Impressive business acumen, comprehensive knowledge of credit, risk and a broad exposure to products and services.
- Preferably, a tertiary qualification in business, finance, or commerce.
