The Position
We are in need of an exceptional leader for our Private Banking team. As the Executive Manager for high-net-worth clients, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and implementing customized strategies. You will work closely with local managers and Acquisition Bankers to execute the national high net worth client strategy. Ideally based in Sydney, with Melbourne or Brisbane also considered for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a nationwide growth strategy targeting high-net-worth clients, focusing on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Banking leaders to identify specific high net worth client opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and coach teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain networks within the high-net-worth client sector.
  • Establish relationships with State Managers and Acquisition Executive Managers nationwide.
  • Enhance processes, products, and credit offerings for high net worth clients.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive experience in finance within the high-net-worth client sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the high-net-worth client sector and a strong network of industry connections.
  • Strong strategic mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach a team, focus on client needs, and assess risks.
  • Sound business acumen, comprehensive understanding of credit and risk, and familiarity with various products and services.
  • Ideally hold a tertiary qualification in business, finance, or commerce.
