**Capability & Capacity Manager**:
**We are extremely excited to share with you an opportunity to be a part of the newst Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in NSW and lead one of our large scale dedicated online facilities.
**Join us in providing a little good for our online customers. Reporting to the CFC Manager, this role will:
- **Shape the future of online shopping in NSW**
- **Be part of the newest CFC in the State, which provides a dedicated fulfilment offering at a larger scale. This will also be the first CFC in the network to offer Customer Drive Through and Crowd Delivery Now offerings for customers.**
- **Coach, guide and develop the team in all aspects of eCom (order fulfilment and dispatch)**
- **To work with the CFC Manager and Operations Managers to identify key opportunities to upskill the team and implement processes to create efficiencies including onboarding, new change initiatives, workforce & succession planning and team management.
**Located in Caringbah, NSW, an online fulfilment model with Home Delivery, Crowd and our first ever CFC Direct to Boot offer

**As the CFC Capability & Capacity Manager, your key responsibilities will be to**:

- **Work with the Operations Managers and Department Managers to identify skill gaps and create a plan to upskill and develop team in those areas within eCom**
- **Onboard and train new team members in their primary roles**
- **Create succession plans with the Operations Managers to ensure successors key roles are identified and developed**
- **Support Department Managers in managing performance**
- **Support the Operations Managers and Department Managers to analyse trends and identify emerging wins and challenges through the Voice of Team (VOT) feedback. Co-create a team progress plan summarising things to continue and areas of focus around development, performance, and care**
- **Launch and lead new initiatives that are landing in the CFC**
- **Connect with the broader CFC network, Food Academy, and eCom Operations Support Squads to share learnings, provide feedback on initiatives and opportunities for continuous improvement (including process gaps)**
- **Ensure the continual review, improvement, and maintenance of operational activities to drive efficiency, service, safety, engagement, value, and manage all associated costs and expense in this area**
- **Identify recruitment needs and work with the Payroll & Admin Manager to deliver sufficient recruitment in order to meet forecast demand**
- **Accountability to ensure Return to Work processes are followed and are driven with passion and care for our team members**
- **Ensure timely compliance with all training including SuccessFactors**
- **Create a safety first culture and ensure all our practises and processes are able to be completed safely**
- **Liaise with the Payroll & Compliance Manager to ensure food safety compliance
**Key Skills & Competencies**

- **Ability to understand and analyse the perfect order scorecard segments, VOC, and other metrics to create plans to deliver results**

**Essential knowledge and experience**
- **Retail leadership experience**
- **Demonstrated coaching experience**
- **Demonstrated leading & implementing change**
- **Knowledge of Online order fulfilment processes and systems**
- **Previous experience leading and developing a diverse team**
- **Effective written and verbal communication skills**
- **Effective time management, planning, and organisational skills**
- **Experience managing the development and engagement of team members**
- **Computer literate
**Desirable knowledge and experience**
- **Experience with visual merchandising and stock control**
- **Experience working in a highly regulated environment**
- **Experience working in food online environment**
- **Trading department leadership experience**
- **Experience in promotional planning**
- **Knowledge of Online order fulfilment processes and systems**
- **Understanding of outbound transport processes**
- **Experience in performance management**
- **Knowledge of inventory management, production (e.g. Bakery, Deli), and replenishment practises
