**The Position**
This company has a rare opportunity to joint their ranks in a** Key Account Manager **role working in the **Southwest Melbourne** offices.
This role, reporting to the Client Services Manager, will be working with customers day-to-day and keeping them abreast of their freight bookings. On an average day you will be:
- Leasing with external key customers
- Liaising with senior management
- Update customer accounts on CRM
**The Package**
- An understanding of Incoterms®, CargoWise, 1-Stop and ICS Customs Portal
- Ability to work autonomously and with within a team
- Problem solving skills
- Minium2 years' experience in a similar role
