**Role Description/Criteria**

Commencing in 2025, the newly created position of Deputy Principal: Faith & Mission offers an opportunity to come and join our dynamic Executive Team.

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and committed leader to join our community and lead our students and staff as they shine their light into the world. As a member of the College Executive Team, the Deputy Principal: Faith & Mission will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the College through a collaborative and innovative approach. This role provides a vision for, and leadership in, shaping, celebrating and promoting our Catholic identity.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment skilled at developing sustained relationships with staff, students and parents.

- Proven commitment to ongoing growth as a leader and teacher.

- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.

**Qualifications**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- VIT Registration
- CECV Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School
