**About the role**

The Fees Management Officer has overall responsbility of all matters associated with tuition and general levy fees.
- Invoicing of tuition fees, general levies and other student charges
- Respond to parent correspondence and telephone queries regarding fee accounts
- Liaise and meet with families regarding methods of payment and alternative arrangements for payment of fees
- Review and follow up accounts in arrears
- Administering the Camps, Sports and Education Fund
- Liaise with solicitors and debt collection agencies regarding outstanding accounts with the approval of the Business Manager
- Manage the student exit process
- Our school community promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children._
