**About the College**

As a Catholic School, Thomas Carr College aims to educate our students with an appreciation of the spiritual as well as the intellectual and physical aspects of their lives. We work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. We are a Catholic Co-educational College in Tarneit, west of Melbourne with 1200 students.

**About the role**

The House Leader upon appointment, agrees to share in the Principal’s leadership and represent the Principal in discharging the duties listed below. The House Leader is responsible for the implementation of the College Vision and Mission, College policies and the planning, organisation and efficient running of the College, in particular, is responsible for all matters directly related to the Senior School (Years 10-12) within the College.

Applications are currently invited from suitably qualified leaders and teachers to commence as soon as possible.. The major areas of responsibility for this position include;
- Leading and Creating a Culture of Excellence across the Senior School
- Leadership and Support of Pastoral Care in Senior School and Setting Exemplary Standards
- Leadership and Support of Student Wellbeing
- Manage House Activities (Years 7-12)
- Child Safety
