National Audit Quality Specialist

**Your Opportunity**
- Proactively consider whether interactions with teams highlight areas of common technical deficiencies and collaborate with others on how these can be best addressed
- Provide input and collaborate with others in the strategic initiatives related to new standards, regulations, methodology, tools, standardisation, centralisation and automation opportunities
- Maintenance of firm’s audit manuals, related policies, and tools
- Develop and delivery of internal guidance, workpapers, processes and training
- Retain client responsibilities (usually 1 audit client)
- This position is available in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offices.
**Your Experience**
- You have strong problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated project management skills
- You have good client service skills, the ability to work in a diverse team and build effective relationships
- You have a track record of high performance and success.
- Recent experience of in-charging audits or large projects and being the first point of contact for key stakeholders
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of Auditing Standards and methodologies
- Personal effectiveness - Strong organisational skills, ability to successfully manage projects, work effectively within teams and independently and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; able to communicate complex technical matters in a clear, compelling and persuasive manner
- Excellent knowledge and experience of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
**Qualifications**:
- We are looking for applicants that have relevant tertiary qualifications including a CA or CPA or equivalent.
