**SERVICE RECEPTIONIST**:** ABOUT THE ROLE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient attention to customers.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Proactively engage customers for service work through phone and direct mail.
- Respond to internet-based inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Support CRM tasks and marketing initiatives.
- Continuously improve your skills within your current role and computer proficiency.
- Further training will be provided to enhance your skill set within the automotive service environment, with opportunities for career growth.

**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**

Excellent interpersonal communication skills - first impressions matter. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Show initiative, enthusiasm, and a positive can-do attitude. Reliable, self-motivated, eager to learn, and grow. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or relevant frontline customer service role is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Professional and well-groomed appearance.
