About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Draftsperson to join our Tower Cranes division based in our Pyrmont branch. The Draftsperson is responsible for creating technical drawings for both internal and external stakeholders, whilst ensuring the designs are practical, accurate and safe. You are also required to collaborate with the Sales and Operational counterparts and provide support from a technical standpoint.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating accurate engineering drawings and documents for internal and external clients
- Carry out feasibility studies and proposals based on project requirements and product characteristics
- Support to sales & operational colleagues from a technical perspective
- Meeting with clients and other construction professionals to understand project briefs
- Work as part of a wider operations and engineering team to ensure that technical designs for buildings are practical, accurate and safe

**About You**:

- Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Good math skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Certificate Drafting or similar
- Experience in construction and/or tower cranes is beneficial
