**About the role**:

- Provide professional EA support to 3 x Executives
- Act as a primary point of contact between the Executives and internal and external stakeholders
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting where required
- Liaise with various external stakeholders, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
- Respond quickly to business needs within tight timeframes and consistent with Lactalis policies
- Take responsibility of the assigned GM’s calendar / diary, including planning and organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, agendas, presentations and other documents as required
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
- Expense management
- Screen incoming calls at the discretion of the ExCo member
- Participate in the organising of conferences, workshops and team forums

**About you**:

- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proven administrative and organisational skills with proficiency across Microsoft Office suite (essential)
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to cope under the pressure of deadlines and multitasking. This will mean you have a strong ability to prioritise tasks and plan effectively
- A high-level of accuracy is important. You see the detail and make decisions based on all available information
- The ability to work independently when needed. The hybrid working environment at Lactalis means you will at times need to be proactive and drive activity autonomously
- The skills to engage with all levels of the business and share information where it is needed.
