Suncorp are seeking for a motivated and innovative Product Advisor to join our dynamic Consumer Deposits team in Everyday Banking. As a Product Advisor you will be accountable for the consumer transaction, savings and term deposit products.

In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our everyday banking products, ensuring they deliver outstanding value to our customers while driving growth for the company.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop, analyse, and refine product and pricing strategies to achieve financial goals and growth objectives.
- Identify customer pain points and continuously improve the value proposition of our customer deposit products.
- Conduct research and analyse data to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
- Lead the creation of customer-centric propositions that deepen relationships and align with broader bank and group objectives.
- Design and maintain cost-effective distribution channels that cater to diverse customer preferences.
- Ensure all products adhere to regulatory, legal, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Leverage data across the bank to understand customer behaviour and develop targeted propositions for enhanced value.

**What you’ll bring**
- 5+ years’ experience in product or financial management environment
- Demonstrated experience in roles requiring high levels of strategic thinking / planning, analytical skills and stakeholder engagement
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong understanding of financial landscape and external business environment
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong presentation skills
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or finance are desirable.
