Suncorp are seeking for a motivated and innovative Product Advisor to join our dynamic Consumer Deposits team in Everyday Banking. As a Product Advisor you will be accountable for the consumer transaction, savings and term deposit products.

In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our everyday banking products, ensuring they deliver outstanding value to our customers while driving growth for the company.

What you'll do

Develop, analyse, and refine product and pricing strategies to achieve financial goals and growth objectives.Identify customer pain points and continuously improve the value proposition of our customer deposit products.Conduct research and analyse data to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.Lead the creation of customer-centric propositions that deepen relationships and align with broader bank and group objectives.Design and maintain cost-effective distribution channels that cater to diverse customer preferences.Ensure all products adhere to regulatory, legal, risk, and compliance requirements.Leverage data across the bank to understand customer behaviour and develop targeted propositions for enhanced value.

What you'll bring

5+ years' experience in product or financial management environmentDemonstrated experience in roles requiring high levels of strategic thinking / planning, analytical skills and stakeholder engagementProven track record of successful project deliveryStrong understanding of financial landscape and external business environmentExceptional communication skills coupled with strong presentation skillsTertiary qualifications in business, commerce or finance are desirable.
