**Job Title**: Heavy Vehicle Driver Trainer**:

**Location**: Redbank

**Duties**:

- Verify competencies for drivers with MC, HC, and HR licenses
- Induct all subcontractors
- Verify heavy vehicle licenses and experience of employees and contractors
- Provide direction and support to supervisors and managers for continuous improvement
- Develop training needs analysis to cover all aspects of driver competency
- Assist in workplace assessments and audits
- Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace health & safety requirements and road transport laws

**Skills & Experience**:

- Current Licenses - MC & LF
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or willing to obtain with Centurion
- High levels of written and verbal communication
- A passion for training and mentoring
- Willing to travel to our depots along the East Coast
