**The Role**:
We currently have a two year fixed term contract based at our 990 La Trobe Street Head office and working from home. Reporting to the Senior Manager - People Systems, Insights & Payroll, this role will be responsible for all stages of implementing a HRIS system including; requirements gathering, solution scoping, vendor RFP and selection, design, build, configuration, data migration and implementation of HRIS modules. This will be achieved through:

- Conducting an initial 6 month detailed discovery, analysis and documentation of functional needs and scoping the business requirements
- Vendor analysis, RPF and selection
- Ensure the solution aligns with business needs, technical priorities and user experience expectations
- Accountable for all stages of implementing a HRIS including; requirements gathering, solution scoping, design, build, configuration, data migration and implementation of HRIS products/systems, Proven success in project management and process improvement
- Oversee all data management activities including extracting and cleaning, data transformation and migration
- Make recommendations to automate, streamline and scale existing processes that will be underpinned by the HRIS solution
- Contributing to design workshops and meeting and owning the full cycle, including functional requirements and user acceptance testing
- Project Management and Governance, reporting progress to the Executive Steering committee to ensure the project stays on time and to budget

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent knowledge of HR Systems and an understanding of technical integrations to effectively communicate with our IT SME’s
- Experience in a similar role with end to end implementation of HRIS systems
- Proven Project Management experience with qualifications in Agile, Prince2 or Lean methodologies highly regarded
- Pragmatic and positive with the ability to balance and achieve systems, commercial/business and people outcomes
- Proven ability to drive operational effectiveness and process improvement
- Excellent Stakeholder management to build strategic relationships across the organisation
