**About the Role**:
Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a meaningful impact in healthcare? The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a dynamic and driven Team Leader - Business Compliance and Improvement to join our team within the Revenue department.

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.

In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance across NALHN's operations. As the Team Leader - Business Compliance and Improvement, you will:

- oversee and coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions
- conduct audits, analyse data and provide comprehensive reports to senior management
- foster a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development
- promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team
