**Your new role**
You will be responsible for;
**APS4**
- Utilising a Certificate IV in Government (Investigation), or its equivalent, as set out in Public Services Training Package (PSP04) to support the progression of investigations for criminal prosecution.
- Assessing information, analysing documents, data and other information, raising or referring issues, and providing appropriate support to investigators.
- Assisting in preventing inappropriate benefit payments by monitoring, reviewing, checking and reporting to support compliance and mitigate potential risk.
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face enquiries when for verifying information and data.
- Providing administrative support for the team and/or work area.
- Contributing to accurate and informative reports for investigation cases.
- Using a range of analytical tools and databases, collecting, collating and maintaining data records.
**APS5**
- Working in a team responsible for delivering the Agency’s objectives for staff integrity, with a focus on partnership and support across the Agency’s divisions and/or regional sites;
- Reviewing and reporting on staff integrity related matters (fraud and corruption) and monitoring of actions to address identified issues;
- Providing analysis of the findings and outcomes relating to the maturity of the staff integrity response (including reviews and investigation) capability;
- Reporting on and refining business policies and procedures on staff integrity (fraud and corruption) related matters;
- Implementing and evaluating targeted review programs to identify potential instances of fraud and corrupt practice and improve staff integrity practices and awareness;
- Analysing and evaluating the internal investigation and review function and facilitating implementation of recommendations for improvement;
